I can't get online multiplayer working for Total War Shogun 2 in my copy of the game. I get connected to the server, but it says "Waiting for players" .

Total War Rome 2 multiplayer: Worked with my game version: 2.08 for Windows 8.1 x64. The exact issue: I have to be connected to the Internet. After I start the game in Offline mode, I can't connect to multiplayer, so I'm forced to start the game in Online mode. But that's not the real problem. When I play Multiplayer Offline mode (Steam in Offline mode), I don't get any error message when I start the game. But when I restart the game, the game crashes, and I'm forced to uninstall and reinstall the game. .

Steamでライブマルチプレイが起動しない。以前まともに遊んでいます。
知らなかったのですが改善したかと思います？。
The multiplayer part does not start. I've played it always before without any problems.

Total War Rome 2 Multiplayer: Steam version 1.0.2910.12. As I said, I can play all the single player campaigns online and offline. The multiplayer, though, crashes once in a while and I'm forced to restart it in offline mode. I tried to enable the additional window in Steam and make sure it was running in the background but it didn't work. I've also tried to make sure I have steam in offline mode.
The problem started yesterday, I have since then I have tried everything I know.
So it started yesterday and I am hoping someone has fixed it.
I've also played online with players from around the world. But they always tell me that the multiplayer starts and after a while it crashes and I have to restart it.
